Tiffany joined the TMG Consulting Firm in the spring of 2011. Since graduating from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University, her practice has focused primarily on real estate, land use, contracts, economic development, government relations and government law. A significant part of Tiffany's current work is providing advice to agencies in the areas of public procurement and federal regulatory compliance, particularly the National Environmental Protection Act and the Federal Acquisition Regulations.

Tiffany previously worked for the Jefferson Parish Attorney's Office where she was primarily responsible for advising the Planning Department on land use and zoning laws and serving as general counsel to the Jefferson Parish Economic Development Commission (JEDCO). Tiffany performed a vital role with the Fat City Redevelopment Project, and served as the lead staff for funding under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act and the creation of tax increment financing districts. She designed and implemented the adjudicated property auction, which replaced the slow process of individually selling properties and provided for the rapid return of several hundred properties to the stream of commerce. The auction process was duplicated by surrounding local governments and won Bureau of Governmental Research's "Excellence in Government Award."

In private practice, Tiffany focused on government relations and real estate. She provided advocacy in the state legislature for clients including the City of New Orleans, the Orleans Parish School Board, the Patrick F. Taylor Foundation, the Louisiana Perfusion Society, and the American Heart Association. She assisted a developer with the creation of a tax increment financing district and obtaining a state match for a Bass Pro retail establishment. She also obtained licensing requirements on behalf of the Louisiana Perfusion Society, which became the first medical profession to obtain licensure in one legislative session despite opposition.
