Ms. Leckert leads TMG Consulting's strategic planning and gaming services divisions. At TMG Consulting, Ms. Leckert is responsible for assessments and studies of our clients' potential developments, as well as for the overall business development of the firm.
A trained Planner and Analyst, Ms. Leckert has evaluated the practicality and feasibility of large and small-scale developments across the United States, Canada, the Caribbean, Central America, Europe and Africa. Her analyses routinely give clients the information they need to make critical decisions. Ms. Leckert's clients have included government entities such as the Orleans Parish Sheriff's Office, the State of Delaware, the Government of Bermuda, and the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport; Native American Tribes such as the Seminole Tribe of Florida, and the Mashantucket Pequot Nation (CT); and commercial gaming entertainment operators such as Wynn Resorts, Isle of Capri, and Hard Rock.
In her career as an analyst and a planner, Ms. Leckert has become proficient in the performance of feasibility analyses, highest and best use studies, economic impact assessments, and revenue forecasts. Using her tuned research skills and ability to utilize complex models (gravity and otherwise), she has generated financial projections for developments as small as an individual restaurant and as large as a $3 billion multi-component and multi-phased resort. She is well-versed in the use of GIS technology to solve real-world problems and the analysis of markets – hotel, amusement, entertainment, retail, food and beverage, gaming, and spa. Her planning, coordination, management and intergovernmental skills have also helped clients in realizing their development visions, including the $300 million recovery program of the Orleans Parish Sheriff's Office.
Ms. Leckert previously worked for The Innovation Group as the Director of Development Analysis, and was a City Planner and Special Assistant to the Planning Director for the City of New Orleans. Her twelve years of work experience also includes a staff position with U.S. Senator John Breaux and one with the Tax and Estates practice of the law firm Jones, Walker, Waechter, Poitevent, Carrere and Denegre.
